New Panasonic AJ-HD1400 HD Deck Expands Big Pictures Equipment & Service Offerings!
We recently added the new Panasonic AJ-HD1400 Compact DVCPRO HD® VTR with DVCPRO® 50/25, DVCAM and DV Playback, HD-SDI and IEEE 1394 Interface to our equipment inventory.
This extemely versatile and portable HD deck is available to rent (with or without one of our crews), packaged in its own Pelican case ready for your next project. It rents for $500/day - an excellent rate for a great HD deck!
We also have added HD Digitizing to our Post Production Services. This is specifically targeted towards clients and editors who have their own edit systems, but just need the HD tapes digitized. We digitize the video into our system to ProRes 422, uncompressed, DVCPRO HD, or whatever CODEC you want, and then transfer it to your Lacie (or other) hard drive. Then you can edit away! We can also lay it off for you later. This service currently costs $2.00 per minute of tape. Another service we have done for our clients is DVD Window burns of HD tape. And of course if you need a full HD edit suite, with or without an editor, we have that too.
